The Eden Alternative is an organization that honors long-term care facilities who have proven their commitment to reshaping medical care into a patient-directed field. In other words, Eden-registered organizations see their patients as people, not just someone with a medical condition. Though you may commit someone to our facility because of a particular issue, you can trust that our staff will look after all of their needs, including mental and emotional wellbeing.

Sage Living would not have been possible without the help of St. John’s Health Foundation, generous donors, and the Teton County community. The Foundation has long-supported senior living in our community by raising funds for equipment and technology, and supporting new life enrichment programs like music therapy and art classes. The Foundation played an integral role in bringing Sage Living to life. After a successful Specific Purpose Excise Tax ballot, St. John’s Health Foundation worked to secure additional funding. They also spearheaded unique programs like commissioning local artists to create original works to adorn the walls of Sage Living. With their help, St. John’s Health was able to make a $47-million investment in our new community Sage Living. Sage Living is grateful for the generous support of St. John’s Health Foundation and its wonderful donors and Teton County voters who approved the Specific.
